Matt & Sara strong were married at in an intimate ceremony at The Granary in beautiful New Harmony, Indiana on July 11th, 2020.
Sara & Matt had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding day! I first met these two towards the end of last year during their engagement session. After months of chatting via email, we finally able to meet in person! At the time, they were navigating wedding planning, and Sara was managing her classroom!
Flash forward to last month- they had to navigate changing plans to keep their guests safe, teaching classes online, and staying positive while creating their wedding day timeline. And their day was just that-beautiful!
Sara started off her wedding day in the historic A.C. Thomas House in New Harmony, Indiana. Her wedding dress hung beautifully in their greenery-filled garden. She even included a cameo on bouquet that belonged to her mother- something borrowed & old!
Sara’s mom had made her own wedding dress, but had bought her veil. So for Sara’s wedding day, she honored her mom by wearing a veil she had made! And bonus points for including lots of little Mickey Mouse faces hidden in the lace!
Their day was extremely hot, and after taking a few mid-day portraits outside, we snuck back inside the A.C. Thomas house for a few moody & STUNNING portraits!!
Matt & his groomsmen worse funny socks that included faces or their favorite foods! Their joy was absolutely contagious! I can’t wait to share this day with them through their images! For now, here’s a little sneak peek!
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Strong!
