Sumner Wedding | New Harmony Inn, New Harmony, Indiana

Allison & Chandler had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding day! They were married at the New Harmony Inn Resort & Conference Center, in New Harmony, Indiana on June 27th, 2020!

I count photographing their wedding as a true joy in my life. I’ve taken Allison’s senior photos, family photos, senior photos again, and now, engagement and wedding photos!! Eeek!!

From planning a wedding during a pandemic, to changing STATES because of venue changes, to changing venues again, to last minute changing venues AGAIN, moving things indoors for rain, etc. These two took everything in stride. Allison said on more than one occasion, “June 27th is the DAY! It’s the day! The Lord knows it.” And, wouldn’t you know it? The rain held off for ONLY the time we were at their now-indoor ceremony!!!

When I arrived, mask & hand-sanitizer in tow, I was pleasantly surprised to see their assigned seats, both at the wedding & dinner! Not only did they invite only their closest friends & family, but they social distanced them all by assigning seating by family! A tip for you brides getting married in this season!

She had her grandmother’s handkerchief and her childhood best friend with her at the altar. Who knew she’d be marrying him? <3
